Return & Refund Policy Effective Date: 19th Feb 2026

At Khelaiyya, we value your satisfaction and are committed to fair, transparent return practices. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 


 

Return Window

You have 5 days from your confirmed delivery date to submit a return request. Delivery is determined by carrier tracking confirmation. Requests submitted after 5 days will not be accepted.

 


 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Free from stains, odors, perfume, smoke, or damage

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Tags attached (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase included (receipt or order confirmation)

Items returned in non-resalable condition will be refused and sent back to the customer.

 


 

Return Authorization

All returns must be requested and approved before shipping the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped by us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

 


 

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all approved returns, except those involving damaged or incorrect items. This fee covers handling, processing, and operational costs.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe may void your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

 


 

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and considered final sale:

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Opened or used henna/tattoo stencil products (hygiene reasons)

  • Personal care or beauty-related goods

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

 


 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return your eligible product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

 


 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges. Banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at khelaiyyateam@gmail.com.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery, Khelaiyya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier if your package goes missing after confirmed delivery.

 


 

Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact Khelaiyya directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be contested using delivery confirmation, tracking records, and communication history.

 


 

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and applies only to purchases made within the USA.
