Thank you for shopping with Khelaiyya. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.


Shipping Locations

At this time, Khelaiyya ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other national delivery partners

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier service selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

All applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier. Khelaiyya is not responsible for any delays in carrier tracking updates.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Khelaiyya is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees
  • Any refunds, if approved, will exclude the original shipping charges

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once the carrier's tracking information shows an order as delivered, the package is considered successfully delivered. Khelaiyya is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Packages lost after delivery confirmation
  • Deliveries made to mailrooms, apartment common areas, or shared locations

We strongly recommend that customers provide a secure delivery location when placing their order.


Lost or Missing Packages (In Transit)

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at:

We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, Khelaiyya is not responsible for carrier delays or failures beyond our control. Refunds or replacements for lost packages are issued only after the carrier has completed an official investigation.


Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • High-volume shipping periods

Khelaiyya is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void your eligibility for a replacement or refund.


Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender for reasons not caused by Khelaiyya, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Reshipping fees
  • Any applicable restocking fees
