  • A 15% restocking fee, where applicable

7. Non-Returnable & Hygiene Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used henna and tattoo stencil products are non-returnable. Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Damages & Claims

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. All claims must be submitted with supporting photo or video evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for a replacement or refund.
