Khelaiyya currently ships within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Khelaiyya is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once carrier tracking confirms delivery, Khelaiyya is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Khelaiyya requests notification within 2 Days of delivery, along with clear photos or video showing the issue.

Once the issue is reviewed and verified, Khelaiyya will provide a full refund or replacement, depending on availability, and cover the applicable return shipping cost.
